This has happened to a few people. If you are running the report and it is empty, it’s highly likely that your patch calculations are not running daily. There are two ways to get these running:
Go into Help > Server Status and click here: Note, if you hover over this it will tell you the last time it ran.
To have LabTech do this automatically and daily, you need to create a property. Go to Dashboard > Config > Configurations > Properties and create a property as below:
This will run the calculations automatically every 24 hours, usually at midnight.
